Iraqi Country Afternoon

It was the first country afternoon in 2022 and focused on the people and cultures of Iraq.

As per usual, the event was organized together with the Association’s Iraqi community members who took part in both the preparation and implementation of the event.

During the day, the participants learned more about Iraq through a series of fascinating presentations about the culture and history of the people of Iraq, explored the country’s music and poetry, and tried some of its special dishes.

After the event, there was opportunity to spend some time together and socialize.
